Receiving Medication by Mail

Upon initial enrollment in GSK Access and with a valid prescription on file, the first 90-day supply of GlaxoSmithKline medicine(s) will be shipped to the address provided on the application. (Some medicines are only available at a retail pharmacy. Patients will be notified if their prescription is for one of these medicines.) Medicines received from this program do not count toward True Out-of-Pocket Spending Costs (TrOOP).

How to Order Refills

  • Refills are sent at no cost through December 31 of the current calendar year.
  • Refills can be ordered here or by calling 1-866-518-HELP (1-866-518-4357). Each refill must be requested at least 3 weeks before the patient’s existing supply of medicine is completed.
  • The prescription number is required each time a refill is requested. The prescription number can be found on the packing slip that comes with each shipment.
